Terry and Tisha Haufler are the owners of Bio-One Reno. Terry has lived throughout the US and Tisha grew up right here in Reno-Sparks. He graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration, and she graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a degree in Health Education. His business expertise, her community-based knowledge, and their hoarding-property cleanups, give them passion, experience and expertise to help in restoring their clients' properties to their original condition in a professional and compassionate manner. They have a true passion for helping others and serving those in Northern Nevada. They have three children and are active members in their community. To them, they feel like life throws a number of challenges at people every day, and they're here to help with some of the most difficult ones, in the greatest time of need.

Lindsey, and her crew Ma and Mo are the hardest, non-stop workers I have ever hired. I had a mouse infestation that I have been poisoning since last Fall. The had turned my house, crawl space and garage into what I referred to as a rodent toilet! I felt like I was breathing poisonous air in my own home. They moved EVERYTING in order to clean anywhere and everywhere the nasty creatures could have been and had been. I was so impressed at their meticulousness. AND they are fun to be around.
